The domestic sale of Koivunen Oy has been organised into four sectors:
- Sale of passenger cars spare parts, accessories and chemicals
- Heavy-duty spare parts and equipment for commercial vehicles
- Tyres and wheels for passenger and commercial vehicles
- Tools and industrial department selling tools, machines, workshop equipment and fasteners.
Our retailer and industrial customers are regularly contacted with and they are served by our sales representatives, who are continuously touring in the field and by our
telephone sales personnel in Malmi. They have a firm product knowledge and customer relations of long duration.
We also serve our customers with electronic order transmission services. With our WebShop order system it is possible to find right products
and to make orders at the very moment when it best suits our customers. Koivunen Oy has always devoted to the fact that
things are easy to do, product catalogues are clear and easy to adopt and sales conditions are competitive. Now these factors can be controlled more efficiently than before and even in real time.
